Project Activities

1.Choose any of the following Project Activities and upload your comments to your page. Add information about your school/class. Discuss any of these issues: Composting,Recycling ,Water ,LitterandWaste,Energy andTravel.

  • Find information about Global Warming and sustainability.What are the causes?What are the effects?
  • Make a presentation about one of the above topics.
  • Describe your school activities to "green your school"- VIDEO - UPLOAD PHOTOS
  • Which **activities would you add** to make your school more energy efficient and environmentally friendly?
  • Take pictures to represent your class/school activities.- ANIMOTO ( PHOTOS IN A VIDEO )
  • Discuss the importance of "Green Schools " .- NEWSLETTER
  • Conduct an interview with a student/teacher about environmental sustainability.
  • Create yourcomicsto add your own Eco tips.
  • Create an image with the words associated with a "green" school.- CREATE YOUR OWN IMAGE
  • Write your own story to improve your school's environmental footprint.
  • Write a story describing the effects of pollution.
  • Write a poem about the importance of trees.
  • ​Compose your own pledge (Embed the html code under your country entry).
  • Ride or Walk is our goal.Arrange groups of students who prefer walking or riding their bikes to school .Upload your video/photos.
  • Plant trees around your school.
  • Generate a trivia quiz about the environment to share with other students.
  • Draw your own logo for a "Green School".
  • Design a "Green Ecard" to be sent to a friend from another school.(Upload it under the entry of your country)

  • The culminating activity is a movie which conveys a messageof effective ways to decrease environmental impact in your school or within your community
